about the tosc board
Everything we do as a spouses club is in large part due to the amazing volunteers who hold a chair on our Executive and General Boards. Board members work their hardest to ensure that you enjoy your time here in Korea.
Each board appointment is for one year (generally from June - May). Executive Board positions are by nomination only; nominations are now open through 28 February.

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBERS
Liz Keddell / President
Serving as the President for the 17-18 Board year has been a challenging and incredibly rewarding experience. It has been awe-inspiring to watch our club create amazing events, run a thriving thrift store and most importantly- bring spouses together. I am proud to lead an organization that gives so much support to our base community through scholarships, welfare funds, volunteerism and morale projects. On a personal level, I work surrounded by great women, that have become great friends, and constantly inspire me. It has been an absolute honor to have a hand in shaping, leading and serving our club this year.

Lindsay Sabotka / Parliamentarian:
As a newer military spouse, I wasn’t sure how I fit in at Osan; TOSC made me feel that I was essential to this community. From serving as Parliamentarian to participating in socials and mini-clubs, I have found a creative outlet and a wonderful support group; I am also privileged to contribute to TOSC’s mission of supporting our awesome community. As Parliamentarian, I ensure the Club’s success through compliance with base regulations; yet the most satisfying aspect of my position is working with so many amazing ladies who have proven their deep commitment to helping each spouse at Osan feel connected and cared for.

Chelsie Willson / 1st VP:
I am a military wife of 16 years, a mom of two boys, a student, a volunteer, and the 2017-2018 Team Osan Spouses’ Club 1st Vice President. I joined the TOSC Executive board with the desire to make an impact and a heart to serve our military spouses. I entered with the vision to create a place of inclusion within our TOSC socials. After living many years overseas, I know the importance of embracing our small Osan community and finding a place that offers support, as well as fun and lasting friendships, and I hope you find that right here in Team Osan Spouses’ Club!

Jen Tittel / 2nd VP:
When I was nominated for the 2nd VP position, I wanted to make new friendships, create a sense of community, and have pride in our military life. It's been a busy seven and a half months of overseeing the charitable side of the TOSC. I've enjoyed learning the many different aspects of the Thrift Store, Welfare Committee, Operation Sweet Treat, Scholarships, and Wild West Night. All of these standing committees have allowed me to continue my service to the club and the military community that surrounds Osan.

Dani Weller / Welfare Treasurer:
As the Welfare Treasurer for the last year, it has been inspiring to watch the service that all the members have given the club. I have enjoyed working with such wonderful women who love the community of Osan and love the service that they are involved in. As the Welfare Treasurer, it has been very fulfilling to see where all the money goes to help our community here at Osan. It has also been very fun to work with those in the Thrift Store and to watch them make it an even better place for those in the community. This has been a very fun year working as your Welfare Treasurer.

Heidi Ringer / General Funds Treasurer:
When I came to Osan I was looking for a way to be more involved in the community. I found TOSC to be the perfect way to do just that. It has been a great learning experience for me, and I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing women along the way. It has truly been an experience that I will remember.

Trisha Bartlett / Secretary:
I was encouraged to apply for this position by both the President and Vice President; I love being able to work with my friends and support an organization that gives back to the community. It is wonderful to see passionate women work so hard to support our community and to make the sure socials are successful. I feel fortunate to be a small part of TOSC.
