The Positions:
President
You will be expected to attend all board meetings while being the head of the board and preside over the meetings. You will be the primary contact for the club and coordinate with advisors.
Vice President
You will be expected to attend all board meetings, serve as a voting member, and help maintain TOSC behind the scenes. You are the right hand of the President and an advisor to the general chair positions.
Treasurer
You will be using Quick Books to help balance the money for the welfare and social side of TOSC and keep track of our spending. You will perform budget reviews and get them voted on.
Secretary
You will help support TOSC and the board members by attending the board meetings, voting, maintaining meeting minutes and ensure board reports are completed. You will work with the Private Org office to send in quarterly reports.
Parliamentarian
You will help make sure TOSC complies with all the rules and regulations of the Private Org office. Help set policies, update the SOPs, and the constitution. You will work with the President and Secretary to help make the meetings run smooth and abides by the Constitution & By-laws.
