Osan Community Update
To our Osan Community,
We want to share an important update and offer our sincere apology for recent delays and disruptions related to scholarships, grants, and communications.
Over the past several months, our organization has experienced significant leadership turnover. While these changes were not the result of any deliberate actions, we recognize that the speed of transition has affected our processes and, most importantly, our community. We understand the frustration and uncertainty this may have caused, and we take that impact seriously.
As of February 9, 2026, a new board has been seated and is now operating in accordance with our bylaws and base guidance. Our immediate priority has been gaining access to historical records, reviewing past submissions, and identifying any outstanding payments or pending actions.
We are actively working through all previous requests and will process and reissue funds as necessary as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience as we ensure proper accountability, financial controls, and continuity moving forward.
In addition, we have established a new timeline for this spring’s scholarship and grant cycle. Updated application information and deadlines will be posted no later than February 27, 2026.
Our commitment is to rebuild trust through transparency, accountability, and consistent support for the Osan community. We remain dedicated to our mission of providing meaningful assistance to Airmen, families, and organizations across the base.
