Each applicant must meet the following requirements:
1. Any Active Duty/Retired Military, DoD Civilian, United States Embassy and Invited Contractor, or their dependents assigned to, or affiliated with, Osan Air Base between 1 July 2025 and 31 March 2026. The dependent is also eligible if the member became deceased while assigned to Osan Air Base and the dependent remained in the Osan area.
2. The applicant must be studying at an accredited college, university, or training program in the June 2026- November 2026 academic year.
3. Applicants and Sponsor must possess a valid Military/DoD Identification Card. If active duty, applicants are their own sponsor.
4. The applicant must be a graduating senior in the top 20% of their graduating high school class or have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better (GPA based on a 4.0 scale). Applicants must provide SAT or ACT scores if applicable.
a. The applicant must provide their cumulative GPA at the end of the first semester of the 2025-2026 school year.

  4. Grade Point Average (GPA) eligibility based on a 4.0 scale.
    1. If the applicant is currently or was a prior student at a university or college, the applicant must provide a cumulative GPA from their most recent accredited institution.
    2. If the applicant is currently or was a prior student at a university or college within the last five years, their cumulative GPA must be 2.5 or greater.
    3. If the applicant has not been previously enrolled in university or college, then the applicant must provide a copy of their high school diploma or GED
