President - Xina James
[email protected] Xina (rhymes with Renée) has been a military spouse and mom for almost 20 years. She has worn many hats. Baker, photographer, event planner, cheer coach, doula, Master Resilience Trainer, and Key Spouse, but her favorite role is friend. She loves reading, shopping and caring for her 4 daughters. If there is a good time to be had, she wants to be there. Her newest passion is mental fitness. As someone who has survived PPD, she just wants to make sure everyone is more than "okay." Her motto is" Leave it better than you found it" and hopes to have the same effect on TOSC. |
Vice President - Carolina Gonnsen
[email protected] Carolina is a lawyer, mom of one, and military spouse for 5 years. Born and raised in Mexico, Carolina has her bachelor's degree in law and a masters in public administration. In 2018 she married her husband Giles, became a US Air Force spouse, and has been loving the ride ever since! After taking some time to raise their son, Carolina is ready to give back to the community which has given so much. In her professional life, Carolina worked in women’s rights and family rights, and she wants to bring that spirit of family connectedness to work for the TOSC. English is her second language, which has been a major challenge in her life, but she loves to get out and make new friends, from all over the world. Carolina believes everyone has something to offer, and welcomes all to participate free of judgement. When not chasing a 3 year old, Carolina enjoys running, reading, and cooking (as a mom, sometimes all three at once!) |
Treasurer - Stacy Lemma
generalfundtreasurer@teamosansc.com Stacy has been a military spouse for 14 years. She and her family have done 7 years overseas and are working on a 2 year tour here at Osan. Stacy has earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, but has put that aside to focus on her role as mom. In her spare time, she enjoys getting to know the local area, working on her fitness and listening to audio books. She is excited to meet new spouses and help create a supportive group in which all feel welcome and included because being a military spouse is hard and being a mil spouse overseas can be even harder. |
